Social Cricket 2009
Last update 8/6/2009

The club are re-introducing what used to be the works league in a slightly! new format.

Starting in June on Friday nights Clackmannan County Cricket Club will run a six-a-side League for social cricket at the Arns. This league is open to any organisation or collection of people who would like a friendly wee game of cricket on a Friday evening. It is not intended to be for regular cricket players, indeed each side will be restricted to one regular weekend cricketer. The team can consist of males or females or a combination of both. The intention is to play two games each Friday evening starting at 6.30. Teams will not have to play every week, a fixture list will be produced to indicate when each teams games are. The games are likely to last about an hour, kit will be provided and the bar will be open to celebrate or drown your sorrows. The club will help out with rules, and a wee bit of coaching if you think you need it.
