Clackmannan U15 defeat Dunfermline U15 in league clash. On a very wet Arns pitch on Tuesday Clackmannan beat Dunfermline in a game which proved both sides enthusiasm for the game. Playing in conditions the seniors would have baulked at the scores were Dunfermline 66 for 7, D Jennings 14, R Passe 2 for 3, A Oliver 2 for 7. v Falkland at Falkland This U13-U15 game was played on one of the few days in July when the sun shone. Falkland took first strike in this Thursday friendly and the experience of the Falkland openers got them off to a good start. Due to rusty Clackmannan fielding, not surprising considering the rain which has been our constant companion this season, Falkland scored 104 for 4 in 20 overs. Frank Robertson 22, David Lindsay 15. Graham Oliver 2 for 17. The Clackmannan reply did not get off to the same splendid start, however, the team rallied and by the end of their overs had tied the game at 104 for 7.
