Friday 30th May CCCC U13 v Strathearn U13 at the Arns. Cancelled

Thursday 29th May Primary Schools Cricket day at the Arns from 11 am till 2 pm. The Primary Schools day was a great success. The club would like to thank all the schools, teachers, helpers, coaches and the 350 primary pupils who attended. Wednesday 28th May CCCC U15 v Stenhousemuir U15 at the Arns Cancelled due to gungy weather.

Tuesday 27th May Essential maintenance work (spraying weedkiller) is being done on the ground at 8pm. The senior practice will be run, but will finish at 7.45pm. No play will be possible at the ground on the Wednesday, until the chemicals dry into the grass. Rescheduled into the next weather window due to high winds.

Sunday 25th May 1st XI travel to the Polwarth Oval to play Preston Village in the Small Clubs Cup. Playing with 10 men (half of them juniors) the ones scored 61. Wednesday 21st May Clackmannan County host the Kwik Cricket Forth Valley league. Cancelled, not enough Kwik cricketrs available.

Monday 19th May U13's v Falkland in Scottish Cup. Cancelled AGAIN!

Sunday 18th May. An adjusted 3rd XI played a Largo Development XI at the Arns. Clackmannan batted first and scored 209 for 8, Largo replied with 163 for 6. scorecard.

Saturday 17th May. The 1st XI travel to Double Hedges to play Kirk Brae. Clackmannan batted first and scored 198 for 9 ( K Hutchison 64, G Anderson 31, A Oliver 31, Hallett 4 for 36). Friday 16th May The under 13's played Broomhall at Broomhall. In a close game Clackmannan's young team scored 117 for 4 (Sandy Cunningham 25 ret., Ralph Watson 25 ret. Robbie Cunningham 18). Broomhall replied with 118 for 3.

Thursday 15 May sees the first games in the preliminary round of the club pairs knockout competition. First two games are Graham Oliver & Graham Fraser v Craig Black & James Cox (6.30 start) and Riswan Ashraf & Blair Campbell v Neil Ramsay & Kash Ali.

Monday 12th May The under 15's travelled to Doo'cot Park, Perth to play Strathearn. Strathearn batted first and scored 48 a.o. .( B Campbell 5 for 9, G McPhail 2 for 23.) Friday 9th May U13's v Kinross U13's. After a period of excellent sunny weather, wouldn't you know it drizzled all the way through this encounter. Kinross 140 for 2. Clackmannan 113 for 8 (R Watson 28 ret. S Cunningham 20). Mr Extras scored heavily for both teams.

Sunday 4th May the 3rd XI home game against Meigle 2nd XI in a S&PCU league has been cancelled, Meigle can't raise a team.

Saturday 3rd May The 1st team game against Edinburgh University Staff at the Arns, has been cancelled. The Arns has not recovered from the hail & rain yesterday which only seemed to affect Clackmannanshire - shades of 2003 all over again! The 2nd team travelled to Townhill to play on grass against Dunfermline 3rds.
