Notes:
1. Family membership covers up to two non-playing adults and all junior members of the family (including junior playing members where appropriate)
2. Playing members and Student/non-playing members are entitled to a £10/£5 rebate respectively, if the fee is paid before May 31 2013!
3. All members intending to take Student membership will have to provide a valid student card.
